The basis of CONVIVA is the trust community.

Money is subject like everything else this faith community and to the principles of Community Ethics: Trust, transparency, mutual support and responsible participation.
"Treat your fellow man as you would like to like to be treated" is our guiding principle!
As power, authority or sexuality is also an emotionally highly charged money word that must be handled with due care and clarity. Therefore, the community decides the Forum of all Community cash flows.

All community buildings and premises and procurement for the Community include, "Community" CONVIVA. The private apartments and houses are owned by the respective members as long as they want to be members. When a member retires are these properties in turn resold only to new members for Vivacom Sebstkostenpreis less depreciation druch Abwohnen without profit.

With the first 50 members of CONVIVA, are expected by setting up a foundation, the property on which the project should be purchased CONVIVA arise.
Until then, the project Vivacom is developed with all conclusions and implications and built the core group of members.
